Gisel Montoya is the founder and owner of UCS LLC, a company she established in 2019 along with a friend who shared her aspirations for greater flexibility to care for their families. While providing a reliable, honest, and needed service in the community. Initially facing challenges with client acquisition and revenue generation, Gisel took full control of the business and foster its growth. Today, UCS LLC boasts a clientele of over 100, and Gisel continues to expand her team to support the increasing demands of the business.

Gisel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Berkeley College. As a Peruvian single mother of three, she dedicates her time to both her family and her professional endeavors. In her leisure time, she enjoys visiting the gym and reconnecting with childhood friends.
